OpenWiz collects only the information needed to operate the founding access page and payment flow.
Payment information
Stripe processes the founding reservation, including your email, billing details, payment method, submitted root domain, and instance range. OpenWiz does not receive or store full card details and does not request cloud keys or account passwords during reservation.
Website data
The website does not use an analytics SDK or advertising tracker. Infrastructure providers may retain ordinary security and access logs. Language and theme preferences can be stored in your browser.
How information is used
Your payment email is used to deliver founding access, send essential delivery or refund notices, reconcile payments, and prevent fraud. It is not sold.
Retention and deletion
Payment and refund records are retained as required for accounting, dispute handling, and legal obligations. You may request deletion of other contact data by email.
