Founding Subscription Terms

These terms apply to the OpenWiz founding subscription.
Product status
OpenWiz is in development. The subscription does not provide immediate access to a scanner, dashboard, account, or production security service.
Pricing and quantities
The subscription costs $9 per selected root domain per month, including its subdomains, plus $1 per selected cloud compute instance per month. Checkout requires 1–100 root domains and 1–10,000 instances, so the minimum charge is $10 per month.
Subscription identity
OpenWiz does not create a login account at this stage. The email used during Stripe checkout identifies the founding subscription and is used for receipts, billing management, delivery updates, and the future account activation invitation. Use the same email when the product launches.
Delivery commitment
The first successful paid subscription starts a 30-calendar-day MVP delivery window. The planned MVP combines root-domain discovery with AWS and Cloudflare context and prioritizes internet exposure issues.
Refund commitment
If the MVP is not delivered within that 30-day window, OpenWiz will deactivate sales, cancel founding subscriptions, and proactively refund every founding subscription charge in full through Stripe.
Renewal and cancellation
The subscription starts immediately and renews monthly until canceled. Customers can update payment details, view invoices, or cancel through Stripe's customer portal. Because the subscription contains both domain and instance line items, quantity changes are handled by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless a refund commitment applies.

OpenWiz findings are informational and do not replace professional security review. You remain responsible for evaluating and applying changes to your systems.
