Founding Access Terms
Effective July 11, 2026
These terms apply to the $10 OpenWiz founding access reservation.
Product status
OpenWiz is in development. The reservation does not provide immediate access to a scanner, dashboard, account, or production security service.
What the reservation includes
The one-time $10 payment reserves founding access and includes the first live month for one root domain, all of its subdomains, and up to 100 cloud compute instances counted by cloud resource ID.
Reservation identity
OpenWiz does not create a login account at this stage. The email used during Stripe checkout identifies the founding reservation and is used for receipts, delivery updates, and the future account activation invitation. Use the same email when the product launches.
Delivery commitment
The first successful paid reservation starts a 30-calendar-day MVP delivery window. The planned MVP combines root-domain discovery with AWS and Cloudflare context and prioritizes internet exposure issues.
Refund commitment
If the MVP is not delivered within that 30-day window, OpenWiz will deactivate founding access sales and proactively refund all founding reservations in full through Stripe.
Future billing
The founding reservation is not an automatically renewing subscription. After the included first live month, any $10 monthly subscription requires separate, explicit confirmation.
Security decisions
OpenWiz findings are informational and do not replace professional security review. You remain responsible for evaluating and applying changes to your systems.
